flash for a webite?

hullo der!
i am creating a website!i need to small animations in each page so that i can keep the site lively!so how do i get started with this flash and can i use it in my website?

you can get a free 30 day trial, or dish up $699

then try to learn basic flash animating techniques, using layers, tweens and stuff like that
