Total Hours Productivity within 8 hours a day

Hi I would like to ask the correct formula in Excel. I would like to sum up the total number of hours per staff and then how many hours and minutes left or excess within 8 hours.

Here's my table:

emmaruth, are any of your fields calculated, or are you providing the data at is should look for your purposes?? Time can be tricky when adding together, but I think it can be done rather easily--I just need to know what you have tried so far.
