data migration from MAINFRAMES OS\390 DB2 to AIX UDB

Hi,
Iam a oracle dba. Now i got a opportunity to migrate mainframes db2 to AIX db2.
As am not much aware of DB2 just recently learned db2 little bit.
Now i want to know the process of this activity.
Please do post your comments,any links or any documents helps me a lot.
