If someone could point me in the right direction, that's all I'm looking for. It doesn't need to be super specific, but I'm wondering what technology I should research and the best options to solve my issue.
I have a webform in one location and a database housed on a server somewhere else. The group filling out the webform cannot have access to the server with the database. Currently the webform generates an email to another group that manually enters the form data into a database.
I want to create a process in which the webform doesn't generate emails. I want some easy process in which I can just download and upload the results or have them sent directly to the database. I have very limited knowledge in this area. How could this best be done?
