Difference Between DB2 zOS and DB2 UDB

What is the basic difference between DB2 zOS and DB2 UDB from a Developer's perspective and from an Administrator perspective?

there are many differences this can not be explained over here....
most sql is the same (see cookbook for sql)
the admin is totally different
