db2 doesn't start on windows2003(update from win2000)

Hi all
i updated win 2000 to win2003. Now, the service DB2 - DB2COPY1 - DB2
doesn't start automatically:
The DB2 - DB2COPY1 - DB2 service failed to start due to the following
error:
The service did not respond to the start or control request in a
timely fashion.

if i click right mouse button on service and i click run, it starts
