Control Center extension

Hello:

Based on the IBM Example I'm trying to add a Toolbar-Button to the CC
Toolbar and supply my own icon but it is not shown at the CC.
I tried out to supply an IBM DB2 icon.No errors but the icon is not
shown:

Has someone dealed with the same problem?
