You can download the DB2 manuals from here:
http://www-306.ibm.com/software/data...manualsv8.html

You will want the SQL Reference Vol I and II, which includes SQL
procedure language elements. But you might want to look at "Application
Development Guide: Programming Server Applications" if writing
procedures.

i can attest to this. a very good book. *but* be sure you get the
second edition; the first is not nearly as good. the second is recent
enough that stores may well have stock of the first. avoid that one.
and the also recent "Visually...." is very good.
