Error: "The server name or address could not be resolved" when specifying RDS login

Hi All,
I'm just starting out (sort of)... and i can't even get connected to a database. We have an intranet server running CF... I'm trying to connect using dreamweaver... something funky is happening when i define a testing server (I'm wanting to use the same directory - so nothing is stored on my localmachine) I have tried everything and i keep gettig the same message when i click on specifiy the RDS login (i know that it is enabled with a pw on the server)
Error: The server name or address could not be resolved. - I'm really confused since i have checked and double checked everything - during the site set up i tested the urls as well. What am i missing???

Is this when you go to Data Sources to set up the database connection in the Coldfusion Administrator?

Have you tried without using Dreamweaver?
