While a class would be great for more advanced needs, ColdFusion is easily learned (at least the basics) with just about any book.

If you want to learn coldfusion, start with reading any coldfusion books, start with the very basic. It is very easy to learn Coldfusion. I am pretty sure you will adapt it immediately.

Obviously, a book is good, but once you've mastered the basics, it is pretty much straightforward. However, the documentation at Macromedia (now Adobe) is pretty poor, so you may be advised to look at alternatives such as online tutorials.
