conditional statements

Hellow friends;
I am new to C++, taking an online class. I am not satisfied with the basics on conditional statements(if, if else, while) especially data flow.
Can someone outthere give an easy to understand basic tutorial on this, or direct me to where I can find non-confusing explanations.
