MDIParent form background image does not displaying

in my windows forms application i have two cultures English and Arabic
when using English my Multi Document Interface Parent background image displayed correctly but when using Arabic it did not displayed

notes : I'm using Localization

this is my code Thread.CurrentThread.CurrentUICulture = new CultureInfo("ar-EG");
