What do you mean "get" them?
You *set* these to the values you are using when you create and send an email.

Where do you think you are getting them from?
Where do you think they live?
smtp username and password are whatever your ISP told you. If you have multiple email accounts then you can have multiple smtp username/password combinations.
You do not just "get" them from the operating system. You could have 5 different email programs installed on your PC and each one might get mail from a different source.
