Default The Add-in 'addin_name-No name provided.' failed to load or caused an exception?

Hi,

I am developing an addin for visual studio 2005(c#).

My addin was working fine.I closed all Visual Studio intances, opened a new Visual studio instance(some time later)- i got a window with this message:
<<
The Add-in 'addin_name-No name provided.' failed to load or caused an exception.
Would you like to remove this Add-in?
If you choose yes, the file it was loaded from, 'C:\Doc.....\Visual Studio 2005\Addins\addin_name -For Testing.AddIn', will be renamed.

Error Message: Invalid pointer

Error number: 80004003

button: yes/No
>>
If i click yes then the addin will not appear in the addin in manager- that is, i will not be able to load my addin and run it.

if i click no, then the addin opens but cant be loaded from addin manager.

Can anyone tell me why that window with that error message appears?
And how to solve the problem??

Thanks,
Nayana

It kind of looks like your addin got corrupted.
Consider re-compiling it and making sure that all the configuration details (like the name) are filled in and without any funny characters
