Is there a windows control to put it in a winform?

I am looking for an explorerbar to put it in my winform application. I
can not find it in the common controls. I was told it is another
control (that the person told me doesn't know) when an attribute is
changed it will become explorer bar.

It is like a panel where you can create groups. These groups come with
an option collapse the group and expland the group.
