I need to make a page that contains scroll vertical of text, where most
important is than without having to refresh the component east page it is
taking new registries from a table in Database and
to show them (in the style of chat). Somebody knows some component
(preferredly free) that allows me to do this? Ajax perhaps!

Thanks!

That's client-side JavaScript not ASP.NET. Check out DynamicDrive.com
