How to Obtain the E-mail Address of a Recipient

I am writing an email application with cdosys with recipients email addresses drawn from a csv file. I need to get each email sent out from the csv file in a variable attached to a link in the message body. Can somebody out there show me a live example how this could be achieved? Many thanks in advance
