How do I convert a window application codes to web site application?

Secondly, your question is a "how long is a piece of string" question.

What's you desktop app coded in?
What database does it use (if any)?
How many forms does it have?
What do you want it coded into (ASP, ASP.NET, PHP, JSP, ColdFusion etc.)?

I suggest that if you want this done professionally then either post on our Jobs board or take a look at a number of freelance websites such as Elance or Rent-a-Coder.
