Problem with ASP files in Subfolders in IIS6.0

Hi

I faced a error HTTP 500 Internal server error in IIS 6.0 with asp files. This error was thrown when the asp file is invoked from a Sub Folder of the Site. This works perfectly in IIS 5.0 & 5.1 but not working in IIS 6.0..

Any help/suggestions immidiately is highly appreciatable. Thanx in advance.
