Is there a script/compoenent which can capture Faxes and store that in a DB
using a unique ID?
Any help will be greatly appriciated.

re: Capturing e Faxes to Database

Yes. With ASP or with VB COM.
If a user sends a Fax to some eFax number, Is there some applications to
capture them and store under a Unique ID. Let me be more clear.
When a Fax comes, It can be sent as a TIFF file to an Email using some
applications like eFax. When this comes we need to store that in a DB for
future references.
Can you advise how the application should be designed to store electronic
faxes in a database? I would like received faxes to be stored in a
database. I would like to search the database and have it reference the
received fax. Ideally a program can be created to place a uniqueid with an
outgoing
application and when that signed application comes back it searches or
recognizes that the application has been signed by all parties then it
begins to automatically process membership information, sets up the
new account and sends an email to the applicant stating that their
account is now active and is ready for customization. The latter
technology would be applied to memberships that.

Is there anyway to accomplish that?

Kind Regards,
Benny

re: Capturing e Faxes to Database

ASP cant read an incoming e-mail. What I mean is that ASP requires something
to "trigger" it. It's a request/response system and wasn't designed to be
used in that way. Sorry.
