Google Webmasters: Why is there no main URL in my inbound links

I have a very strange situation in my Google Webmasters for my site www.giftsware.nl. Somebody disallowed some bad inbound URLS for us and now I don’t see any websites anymore that link to our site and also I don’t see the main URL anymore that we have links that Link to the main URL. Our ranking has been dropping now for a while, does anybody have any idea what’s going on or what we should do?

I think your site is hacked.

When I visit your site I see:

Also, if "Somebody disallowed some bad inbound URLS for us "
ask that 'Somebody' to fix it. (or never trust him again!)
