Apache Not Diplaying .php Over The Net

I am having some serious issues here... my site was working fine when it had a direct static ip... now i have bell services and they insist on using routers...

my apache does display .html docs but refuses to diplay .php over the network.
it does display .php on localhost. just no one else can access them on the net.

my ip is 70.25.54.93 and my internal ip is 192.168.2.2

i have no idea what i am doing wrong.

please help if you can solve this problem

dlite is right. This is an Apache problem, not a PHP problem.
So, I have moved it over to the Apache forum.
