PLease help!

I am new to this site, and not overly computer orientated. I have very limited knowledge about it!
However, i really looking for some help to access our emails. Our family have orange e mail addresses, i can access mine, which is an orange.net address, the kids have orange but an fsmail.net addresses, they can access theirs, however my husband cannot access his at all. He checked with orange internet, and they said everything was ok, however it ISNT! He still cant access his emails, even tho they kept texting him to say his inbox is full!
When he logs in it comes up with a apache tomcat error cose etat http 500 internal error
We have never had tomcat or apache as far as we know?
Can anyone advise as to how to get to his emails, and tell us what this apache tomcat is?
i would really appreciate any help!

This sounds like a programming error. Perhaps you should talk to your email provider/ISP regarding this issue.
