2F) The Locals Pane.
This shows all the local variables, including their current contents.

This can be useful to see the current state of all your important local variables. With this open you can check them every time you stop the code to check that they contain what you expect them to at the current stage of the process. Sometimes the contents of these variables are more important to the correct running of a routine than the code itself.
