you need to have a very good understanding of Access and Database design in general.

Basuuza, I hope you can see that to help you completely design a fully functioning application is well beyond what we can do for you. What we can do is to answer specific questions and help to solve specific issues.

+ My first suggestion for you is to use your favorite search engine and search for a gradebook database template. There are a lot of free templates out there for this application. One or more of them may suit your needs or may be close enough that you can modify their design.
