Calculation rolls back on current record

2
Hi, I have a Main form with 2 subforms. I have a calculated filed (Totalw) that calculates some fields from Main Form, subform1, subform2 and adds these together.
Subform1 is linked to Main form and subform2 is linked to subform1 and the main form. These subforms are both continues forms.

When the record selected on the subform one, subform2 displays the related records to the subform1.

I have a subtotal field on the footer od the subform 2

The problems is; Every time a record selected in subform1, the Totalw field in the mainform changes value minus or plus. As you can appreciate, it only includes the total of the subform2 for the selected record of the subform1.

I need all subform2 totals included in the Totalw field at all times. Totals of all the records related to subform 1 needs to be included in the main total filed.

I have been creating queries and included these on the main form. But, this works if there is any values in the subform2 (I have been using Nz and iff is Null techniques). If there isn't I have the similar issues again.

Any help and quick response would be appreciated.

Ok, as a workaround, I include another subform2 from same record source and linked it to the main form and I put it on the main form's footer an the footer is invisible. This works. The subform includes all the records related to subform1. Footer of this subform, I included the SUM calculation. But, is there a neater way of achieving this?
