Combo box issue on Microsoft Access 2010

11
I am using Microsoft Access 2010 for a database and I have a list of approximately 700 keywords that I want to add into the dropdown list of a combo box. I have copied and pasted all the words into the values list but only 105 show up. When I try to add another list item to the dropdown menu, the result will not show, implying that I have a full list. I was under the impression that combo boxes could hold more values than that. Could someone help me with this issue? Thanks a lot.

amwkl4,

The best way to do this is to have your list of values in a table, and then create a query based on that table. The combo box then uses that query as its row source. (instead of a Value List, it should be A Table/Query for RowSourceType).

Hope this hepps!
