Individual Number Count From Multiple Fields on MS Access 2010

I have a table on MS Access. Which have 10 fields. There are 6 values number. But i want to count individual number from 8 fields. Such as Field1 have = 2, Field2 = 1, field3 = 4, field4 = 3, field5 = 1, field6 = 2, field7 = 1, field8 = 6. Now I want to count how many 1 in these 8 fields.

Could you give me solutions how to count individual number from multiple fields?

Please give some tips early.
