I want to make add entry form and report base on the attachment. Is there a way that I can achieved that print output in access 2007?

My problem is, that I have a label name - elements, and then under elements for example i have Sc and then under Sc there are values like 21, 22, 15 and so on

eneyardi,

To answer your first question, yes it is possible to do that in Access. You can do just about anything with data in Access.

Your picture is a little small to read what types of data you are trying to put into your db. Do you have any experience with Access and building tables? It sounds like your question is more generic and "starting from scratch" than an actual question, problem or troubleshooting.

Please explain a little more about your project.

From the limited information provided on the very blurry picture I'd say that this is the kind of thing that can be done much quicker in Excel. Trying to replicate a spreadsheet-like form like this in Access is likely to prove difficult. As Twinnyfo says, you can do almost anything with data in Access - but the cost is in design time and implementation effort.

Thanks Stewart Ross, yes it is much quicker in Excel because I can easily achieved what design i need in my data, unlike in access it only focus in data but limited in design. But I need to do it in access. the attached file is now bigger than my previous sent attachment, this is what i want to achieved as a printable output in access.

this are the fields in my table name [PNPI]: Job number, Client, number of samples, Date received, Date Completed, Project, Client Ref, Method, in method field there are 3 selections (4A/OM-OES, FB1/XRF40 and UNK/LOI) and under that 3 selections there is another 5 selections (Sc, Ni, Co, Fe and MgO) then under that is the value, for example I select the method: 4A/OM-ES then under that i select SC then the value of Sc is 53 How can I achieved this base on the printable output like in attachment?

Base on my explanation above, can i do this in form? Because i want to make a add entry of records in a form. Add entry form and the printable output is the file attached

Do you have much experience with MS Access and Building tables? This is where you will need to start. This is not a five minute project......
