loop in tables

Hello I am totally new in access.I never tried vba in access.I create table called bonusrate.It is just for to show which year(date) which bonus rate will fixed.Example
Startdate 16/07/2000 enddate 16/07/2009

I want result format will be
16/07/2000 =Bonus rate 30
16/07/2001 = 30
16/07/2002 = 30
16/07/2003 = 40
if anyone to fix this I will be very grateful.
