I have a form that I want to print 2 to a page but I can't figure out how to make it happen. Please tell me how. I am a novice so I need specific directions.

How can you have two forms in a form? That doesn't make sense.

Why don't you write the question out properly and we'll see what we can do to help. Remember, if it's obvious you've spent very little effort on formulating a question that makes sense, you're not likely to find too many people jumping in to expend their effort in helping you.

re: Access 2002 printing

The situation that I am in is this: 2 of us were working to document a cemetery. The other person set up Access and I keyed in some of the information. Now she has a family situation which makes it impossible for her to continue. She had set up the report to print out in alpabetical sequence and I need it to also print out by the Plot and Lot of the cemetery. There are 1760 enteries in the database. I would like for it to print 2 enteries on a page. I have very limited knowledge with Access, I did create the form but it only has one entry per page.

Still not enough info to know all we may need, but some to be getting on with (I know it's not always easy working in an unfamiliar area).

What I suggest first is to change the DefaultView property of the form (in design view - Select to show properties) to Continuous Forms. Try this out. See what it gives you, then explain what you want further from that perspective.
