Russian shows on page like ????? from Access database

I have inherited a major problem (Access 2003)... will be converting everything later, just need to "Properly" add Russian for the Fall Season. Here is the url:

You can change to other languages to see the ones that work by just clicking the flags in the top right corner... Is it possible to alter a machine to Russian, then do a text export, them import?

While this website may be connected to an Access database, I seriously doubt that the problem you're experiencing has anything to do with Access, but rather with whatever language the website is built with. What language was it developed in?

I suspect many of the Russian characters, being cyrillic, are unable to be shown directly in western code-pages.

As Linq intimates, this is more of an OS / Display setup problem than an Access one.
