Hi, and welcome to Bytes! You don't give us enough information to provide you with a full answer here. As our Posting Guidelines say, give us as much detail as possible - with none it is difficult to assist you at all.

Access is fully programmable, so running queries automatically is not a problem if you define the event you are responding to. Without knowing more about what it is you want to achieve I can't say more at present...
