Hi. I do appreciate how difficult it can be to start with Access; I am still learning and I've been developing Access applications for 16 years. Your best way forward is to read a book on basic Access applications and work your way through the sample exercises on report building. It is also worth looking at the Northwind sample database supplied with Access.

Other than this kind of general advice what you ask is too big and too general a task for contributors to the forum, who would effectively have to write your reports for you - I am sure you understand that this would be impractical.

I and other contributors would I am sure be happy to advise you further when you have a more specific query to pose.
