Select the textbox then goto Properties - Other and set Enter Key Behavior to New Line.

or

simply use shortcut keys <Control> + <Enter>

Great help!! Now, is there any way to allow multiple line entries into that same cell if the user pulls up the Table in Datasheet View and attempts to modify the entry there?

This will also work in the Datasheet View of a Form. I don't know of a property that will do this on the Table, which isn't a surprise since Forms are for defining the User Interface and Tables are for defining the structure of the Data.
