Hello, I am new to Access and have created a data base now I am tyring in input a hyperlink in forms that will open pdf files, a differnet pdf file for each form.any help out there?

  1. Form design View.
  2. Insert ==> Hyperlink
  3. Select File from Look in Drop Down Box.
  4. OK
  5. Hyperlink will now appear as a Label Control in the Upper Left Corner of your Form.
  6. Reposition to proper location on Form.
  7. Change the Caption if so desired ( Right Click ==> Properties ==> Format Tab ==> Caption.
  8. Change to Form View.
  9. Click on Hyperlink to Navigate to Hyperlink Address.
