top of the database is under the menu bar, how to bring it down?

Hi, this is driving me crazy.

Somehow top o the database window got under the menu bar, now I cannot really use this access database because I cannot access top menus such as new, etc.

How do i bring the database windown down???

PLEASE HELP!!!

OK, I just figured this out, should have used the scroll bar. thanks!
