Check Boxes in access

I am working on a form in access and I want my check boxes to move with the next question and eveytime i answer the question and move to the next question my check box stays checked and all I want it to do is go blank so the next question can be answered can someone please give me a example or show me or tell me how to do this?

What does the checkbox indicate?

It sounds as if your checkbox is unbound i.e. the control source is not set to any field.
