Exporting Reports

I looked on the MSOffice site and they give a really complicated way to export reports to say Excel or PowerPoint. I was wondering is there an easier way, or a way to automate this process?

Since it requires people to go into the workings of the DB to copy out a graph, if there is no simpler way I'll just have to recommend that they use Print Screen and then cut the picture of the graph out of the picture and paste it into whatever application they need it in :S.

That seems to be the easiest way. I found some old boards on this site with advice, but its mostly out of date. The complicated Miscrosoft way seems to be the only way to fully export a graph report :(.

I'll just stick to print screening and image croping.
