Initial Form Pop-up

Hey all,

I've been working with old company databases for the last 2 months now and I'm starting to understand Access a lot more than I did before. There's one thing I can't figure out, whenever one of the databases is opened there is always an initial screen that pops up, this screen is a Form, and it's there to give options on where in the program to go.

How does one select which form is opened and even how it's opened when opening the database?
