When I try to access the back end of a split database, I get the error
message, that it's not trusted by access, and that I should move it to
my computer, or an accessible network location? What gives? Thank You.

re: Trying to use a split database over my home LAN

if you're using A2003, try opening any database to the database window. then
from the menu bar click Tools | Macro | Security | Security Level tab, and
select Low.
