I have an old Access 97 application which has one table with one field being OLE Object (Object Linking and Embedding). Access supports OLE to store Word documents, images, pictures, photos and other files or ’objects’ in records in a database table.
If the field has simple and brief data, the report prints fine. If the field has lengthy data with many different information sources, the field on the report does not format properly (continue on another page) and some information is truncated. As a result, one cannot see the complete information on one report document.
Please help.
