Front Page 2002 and 2003 have a Database Interaction Wizard that implements
simple database features. Earlier versions have a Wizard that only allows
display. More extensive interactions can be accomplished by adding Active
Server Pages (.asp), but yes, that requires some additional skills.
There are both USENET and Microsoft-sponsored newsgroups for Front Page and
for ASP. The Microsoft sposored newsgroups can be downloaded from the free
news server, news.microsoft.com or accessed via an online interface that is
hyperlinked at
http://office.microsoft.com. You can access the USENET
newsgroups through whatever mechanism your ISP provides, or via third-party
software.
