In help, search for Specifications. Look at the Form/Report specifications?
Is your detail band 22 inches?
If so, are you using a wizard? You might want to remove the fields of
the report in design mode and then drag down fields in chunks from the
field list, resize, move the fields around, and then drag another
chunk/group down. (Use your mouse and shift key to select groups of
fields to drag onto the band.
