Mail Merge and save individual documents

Hi I'm asked to run a mailmerge from Access XP - all fine and good but
my masters also want to have each separate letter saved individually
with the name of the person the letter is sent to?
Any ideas most welcome

The easiest way to do this would be to carry out a standard mailmerge, then
use the fact that each letter has its own section allowing the document to
be split into multiple letters. You could look at the following for an
