Input Form Question

I have an existing table with two fields in it (Code and Description) that I
want to use to fill a field in a new database table using an Input Form. I
would like the user to see the Description field values in the pop-down list
and, based on their selection, have the Code field be inserted into the new
database field.

How do I set this up on the Input Form?

George

RTFM - See the Help Article "Create a list box, combo box, or drop-down
list box" for information on how to do this.
