The only time I got this message was before I installed SR1 or was it ............ anyway make sure you have the lastest SPs
including the right Jet 4 SP8 for your OS.

I have a ACC2000 database which has password set. Whenever I now open
db I get error 3197 'The Microsoft Jet database engine has stopped the
process because you and another user are attempting to change the same
data at the same time'
Why is does this occur when the correct password is submitted on
accessing the database, and more critically what can I do to rectify
the situation.
The database is the backend database for a web ASP app.
