Access 2002 and Sync

I was wondering if anyone could give me advice on Access 2002 and
synchronization. We have several members in the field that need to sync
with the office through a dial up. The sync will sometimes be
bi-directional. Any suggestions on this?

I have used the sync with Access 2000 years ago that seemed to work out
well but the project had lesser requirements.
