Abby,
Go to File - Page Setup and check your margins then look at your report in
design view with the ruler turned on. If say you are using 8-1/2 X 11 and
your margins are set for left and right at 1" for each, that leaves 6-1/2"
for your report as measured by the ruler. You need to leave a little under
that. If you exceed the 6-1/2", when you go to print you will get extra
pages. The same thing applies for top and bottom maegins and the heigh of
your report.
