IVR software for A2K VBA?

Anyone know of a good set of DLLs for implementing integrated voice
response functions into a VBA app? This means a system that can be
used to direct automated phone calling and audio message delivery.

Any responses will be much appreciated.

If you can find Visual Voice, it's awesome, any application can be IVR built in
VB.
